For business development teams

Better bids, without the late nights.

Pitchvise turns a brief, or just a prospect's name, into a pitch plan, a checked deck in your brand and answers to the panel's hardest questions. It works from your approved capabilities and proof, so it never makes things up.

Brief analysis

Pitchvise takes the brief apart, so you start on the answer.

It pulls out how you'll be scored, who decides, what's due when and what's unclear, and notes what each one means for your pitch. It then helps you practice with an AI panel giving you questions and rating your response.

Rehearsal

Walk in having already heard the hardest question.

Pitchvise builds the panel from the brief. Each AI panellist thinks like one of your decision makers, asks what they'd ask, scores your answer and shows you a stronger one.

The chief financial officer asks

“You’ve never run payroll for a retailer. Why should we take the risk?”

What they're really asking: Will this go wrong in a way that lands on my desk?

We have lots of experience across many industries and a great team that will make sure everything goes smoothly.

Plan and proposal

Brief in. Pitch plan and proposal out.

What Pitchvise finds in the brief becomes the plan, and the plan becomes your proposal, as a deck to present, a proposal document, or both: the story in the right order, the space where the points are, and the proof the panel will ask for.

  1. Built on the plan

Every proposal follows the win themes, the scoring and who's in the room, not a generic template.

  2. In your brand

Your colours, fonts, logo and house style, from the brand kit Pitchvise built from your website.

  3. Every claim with its proof

Slides quote only approved capabilities and proof, each one traceable to its source.

  4. Present, print or go offline

Present full screen from Pitchvise, send a PDF of the same deck, or share a single-file copy.

Quality checks

Nothing leaves until it's right.

Before you see a draft, Pitchvise checks every claim against your capabilities, every word against your voice, and every slide in a browser.

FAQs

Questions companies ask.

Straight answers on set-up, your data and how Pitchvise works.

Still have a question?

Talk to the team building Pitchvise.

Which AI account do we need?

An API account with a leading AI provider. A chat subscription is not the same thing. We guide your IT team through it, and you start on a trial so you don't have to wait.

Is our data used to train AI models?

Pitchvise doesn't use your data to train anything. AI processing runs on your own account, under your agreement with the provider, so your existing terms apply.

What if we don't have a brief yet?

Add a prospect's name and website. Pitchvise researches them, suggests where your company could help and why now, and drafts a point of view to open the conversation. Once they engage, your meeting notes become the brief.

Does it work with PowerPoint?

Pitchvise decks are built for the browser: you present from Pitchvise and send a PDF that matches the screen exactly. That's what lets Pitchvise check every slide before you see it.

How does set-up work?

You paste your website and add any brand guidelines or company profile. Pitchvise drafts your brand kit and capabilities in the background, and you approve them. We offer a guided session to do it together.

What about POPIA?

Briefs and outputs stay in your workspace and access is by role. Before you start, we agree with your company how personal information is handled.

Who is behind Pitchvise?

Numstack, a South African consultancy that builds products with senior specialists. Pitchvise grew out of the business development work we do with companies.
